Terms of service
Effective 7 November 2026. Oru Studio provides Oru Replenish to help Shopify merchants organize inventory and purchasing plans. For questions, contact naimkst@gmail.com.
Your use of the service
You must be authorized to install the app for your Shopify store. Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to access another merchant's data, disrupt the service, or submit malicious files. You are responsible for the accuracy of demand assumptions, costs, supplier details, purchase records, and exports you create.
Planning estimates and purchasing decisions
Recommendations are estimates based on merchant-entered assumptions and available inventory data. They do not guarantee stock availability, recovered revenue, profit, or optimal allocation of cash. Review supplier requirements, existing purchases, taxes, duties, and cash availability before ordering. The app does not send supplier orders, execute payments, or receive inventory in Shopify.
Plans and billing
The pricing page describes current plan limits. Paid subscriptions require approval in Shopify's hosted pricing flow. Shopify presents the applicable price, trial, billing cycle, and cancellation terms before approval. Free plans do not create a paid charge. Taxes and billing-currency conversion may be handled by Shopify. Contact support about billing issues.
Availability and data
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or changes to Shopify. Export important records and keep independent records of purchases. The privacy policy explains data access, storage, and deletion. Uninstalling the app removes access and triggers deletion of active workspace records through verified webhooks.
Changes and applicable rights
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or appropriate contact channels. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact us to resolve concerns before escalating a dispute.
